CONSULTEDGE AND EXTREME NETWORKS TEAM TO DELIVER CONVERGED NETWORK SOLUTIONS

Whippany, NJ; Feb. 16, 2007 – Consultedge, Inc., an Avaya Platinum Business Provider, and Extreme Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXTR) entered into a reseller agreement in which Consultedge became an Extreme Networks’ Solution Partner, as part of its North American channel program.  This enables the two companies to work together to provide enterprise customers with best-in-class converged solutions employing Extreme Networks® high-performance Ethernet switches, modular software, integrated network security, and Wireless LAN products.

Consultedge customers can now gain access to highly-available, standards-based convergence solutions that can scale for their needs, are very simple to configure and manage, and include security and mobility features that enable efficiency and growth.
