CRN MAGAZINE RANKS CONSULTEDGE ONE OF NATION’S 100 FASTEST GROWING TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES

(November 16, 2006) – Whippany, NJ – Consultedge, Inc., a leading provider of communications solutions that integrate voice and data systems, has been named to Computer Reseller News (CRN) Magazine’s Fast Growth 100 for the second consecutive year.  The annual ranking recognizes the nation’s top 100 solution providers based on revenue growth during the previous two-year period.

“Our work in serving each of our clients is reflected in our company’s rapid growth,” said Neal A. Stanton, President and CEO of Consultedge, Inc.  “Being named one of the nation’s top solution providers by CRN for the second straight year is a testament to the success of those efforts.”

Consultedge placed 72nd on the 2006 CRN Fast 100.  To be eligible for the CRN Fast 100, companies must be solution providers as defined by CRN with 2003 net sales of at least $750,000.  They must be independent, headquartered in the United States, and in operation since January 1, 2003.  Eligible companies are then scored and ranked based on their two-year growth rate.
