Neal Stanton, President, CEO
Neal Stanton is President, CEO and a founder of Consultedge. Neal Stanton co-founded Consultedge in 2000 and serves as its President and CEO. Stanton is responsible for all aspects of Consultedge's strategy, operations and execution, including mergers and acquisitions. His focus on integrity, execution and professionalism sets the tone for the organization and has led Consultedge to become one of the nation’s 100 fastest growing technology solution providers (CRN Magazine).

Henry Rosin is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Consultedge. Prior to founding Consultedge, Mr. Rosin was the Senior Account Manager at a major New Jersey systems integrator, where he managed several large accounts in the telecommunications and data services divisions. Mr. Rosin also served for several years as National Account Manager at Phonexpress, an independent reseller of telecommunications systems and services. His work history includes project and operations management involving voice, data and facilities build-outs in commercial property management. He also holds numerous certifications in a wide range of products and technologies, including: Partner, Legend, Definity, Intuity and Call Center; Avaya IP telephony; Cisco LAN/WAN equipment; and Paradyne, Adtran and Kentrox network terminiation equipment. With his extensive industry experience, Mr. Rosin is a well-qualified leader.

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Thomas Melville is a co-founder of Consultedge and serves as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Melville directs all operations functions including business development, financial management, human resources, and service delivery.

As Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Consultedge, Raymond Nelson is responsible for the company's technical vision. Mr. Nelson has over 20 years of technology experience. Prior to joining Consultedge in 2001, Mr. Nelson served as Director of Application Development at a large regional systems integrator, where he managed the growth from startup in 1997 of the company's full-service web and application development practices. Mr. Nelson has also served as Vice President of Applications and Systems at WindSoft, Inc., a turnkey provider of sales force automation systems to the pharmaceutical, utility and telecommunications industries. Mr. Nelson holds a Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Dan Tassone is Executive Vice President and National Sales Director with Consultedge. As National Sales Director, he drives market development, directs the company’s expansion of services and office locations, and manages Consultedge’s sales and engineering personnel throughout the US. Mr. Tassone’s expertise reflects a unique combination of engineering, project management, and sales. Prior to joining Consultedge, he served as Director of Technology with Expanets in the NY Metro Region, a spin-off of Lucent Technologies. In that role, he held responsibility for the company’s voice and data convergence division, managing pre-sales engineering, data infrastructure, carrier services and web development. Previously, as Sales Manager of Lucent Technologies New York region, he directed a sales team for enterprise telephony platforms, growing the region’s sales from $5 million to $12 million in one year. Mr. Tassone earned an M.B.A from Pace University and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Akron, where he was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. He was elected President of Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity and served as its representative on the Intra-Fraternal Council Judiciary Committee.
